What are your qualifications and teaching experience?

I have a TEFL English Teaching Qualification from the UK. Plus I have a Life Coaching Diploma (UK) which certainly helps teaching and guiding my students. I have 4.5 years teaching experience and have taught over 60 students from many countries like Slovakia, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Spain, Colombia, Belarus, Russia and Estonia. I have taught students from 8th Grade-12th Grade, Company Directors, Corporate Managers, Corporate Company employees, Call Center group classes, University lecturers, University students, Bank Employees and many workplace students. I can verify all my students and my experience. I have experience in all levels of teaching English, however I prefer to teach Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English, Business English, Advanced English, and test preparation for CAE, CPE, FCE, IELTS & TOEFL

Do you offer both in-person and online English lessons?

What is your teaching approach or methodology?

My teaching approach is centered around you goal and desired result. With individualized attention, I can tailor your lessons to adapt to your unique learning style, goals, and pace. I use a very communicative and immersive methodology, emphasizing real-life conversations and practical exercises. This approach not only builds language skills but also boosts your confidence to use English effectively in any situation. I am committed to providing a supportive, engaging, and results-driven learning experience to help you achieve your language objectives.

How long are the lessons, and how frequently can I schedule them?

I offer 45min and 1.5hr lessons. I teach every-week, Monday-Thursday, 2pm -7pm. You can choose as many lesson times as you need or I have available per week, but generally just 2 lessons a week should be adequate. It really depends on what your are studying for and what your English goals are.

Can you help with exam preparation (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge Exams)?

Yes, I certainly can. I really enjoy these lessons and helping students prepare for these exams. It is a very rewarding process and you can see real results at the end of the course. I prefer to teach Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English, Business English, Advanced English, and test preparation for CAE, CPE, FCE, IELTS & TOEFL

Can you tailor lessons to meet my specific learning goals and needs?

Yes, I certainly can. My one-on-one English lessons are tailored specifically to your unique needs, goals, and interests. Whether you’re looking to improve your business communication, enhance your conversational skills, or prepare for a language proficiency exam, I am here to help and provide personalized teaching guidance. In these private sessions, I will focus exclusively on your strengths and areas for improvement, allowing you to progress at your own pace. I will help build your confidence and knowledge. I always try make the English lessons very interesting and perfectly designed to help you achieve your personal English language objectives efficiently and effectively.

What age groups and English proficiency levels do you teach?

I have experience in all levels of teaching English, however I prefer to teach Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English, Business English, Advanced English, and test preparation for CAE, CPE, FCE, IELTS & TOEFL. From ages 15 to adult, as they are more serious about learning and have a particular goal in mind. It is easier to structure English lessons for these stduents.

What materials and resources do you use for lessons?

I use some of the latest and best English teaching materials available, plus materials compiled by myself.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations of any lesson must be done more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Failure to notify me of a lesson cancellation prior to 24 hours will result in a full charge for the lesson, the same as if it still took place. All notifications must be done by email, sms or by telephone. This is due to previous last minute student cancellations and the impossibility to re-schedule a new replacement lesson. If you do need to re-schedule a lesson then please notify me as soon as possible via email or phone. New lessons can be re-scheduled dependant on availability.

Do you offer a free trial lesson or consultation?

Yes, I do. This would be our first meeting. It would be a short introduction lesson or meeting, in-person or online. This would be to introduce myself, to assess your English levels and for you to convey your needs and goals.

How do I access and use the online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype) for lessons?

Install Skype or Zoom on your device if you haven’t already.
Click the meeting link your teacher provides.
Join the session, enable your camera and microphone, and actively engage in the lesson.

What if there is a technical issue or internet problems during, or at the start of an online lesson?

All students are responsible for ensuring they have a working high speed internet connection, Skype user ID, Zoom user ID, headset, microphone at the time of their lesson. If there are technical problems on the student’s side at lesson time it is not the responsibility Interlink-English or myself. In the event Interlink-English or myself experiences technical problems at the time of a scheduled lesson and I am unable to provide our regular services I will arrange for a make-up lesson at the earliest conveniencefor the student, but no refund shall be given.

How do I schedule and pay for lessons?

All communication is via email, as this would be easier for you and me. So we would schedule lessons via email, sms or Telegram App. But if you feel comfortable you are most welcome to call me. When making a payment for lessons, it would depend on which English lessons you have chosen, in-person lessons or online lessons, via Skype or Zoom. You can pay either cash when attending the lessons, or I can send a Paypal or Bank invoice. 

Can I choose the focus of my lessons, such as business English, conversational skills, or grammar?

Yes, you 100% can. My one-on-one English lessons are tailored specifically to your unique needs, goals, and interests. You can tell me what you need or want to learn, and I will do my best to structure the lessons around this. Whether you’re looking to improve your business communication, enhance your conversational skills, or prepare for a language proficiency exam, the lessons will be focused on your desired results. In these private sessions, I will focus exclusively on your strengths and areas for improvement, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

Are there any additional fees for study materials, textbooks, or resources?

No, there are no extra fees or charges for the English teaching materials I provide. This is the great advantage of learning English with me, everything is included in the teaching price.
